About the position
As a Lead Graphic Designer, you have to Supervise a team of graphic designers, photographers (in the project which needs photography) illustrators (communication with illustrators and 3D artists to find better results), production artists and creative freelancers (in case of outsourcing) beside having great communication with other Marketing members.

About the position
As a Lead Graphic Designer, you have to Supervise a team of graphic designers, photographers (in the project which needs photography) illustrators (communication with illustrators and 3D artists to find better results), production artists and creative freelancers (in case of outsourcing) beside having great communication with other Marketing members.
Responsibilities
- Leads the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print media, digital media (online ads, web and social media); and collateral materials.
- Lead and Manage designers to find the best strategic and creative solutions with a focus on responsibility delegation to the team.
- Have a good eye on layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web and its details to Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Understand Marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
- Collaborates and strong communication with members of the marketing team to develop strategies for advertising campaigns
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
- Be Guardian of Brand essence and Guidelines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software).
Requirements
- 8+ years of working experience
- BA/MA degree in graphic design or related fields
- Having a compelling portfolio of creative projects
- Expert-level knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
- Superb people management and leadership skills
- Exceptional communication, time and project management abilities
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with all trends in this market
- Excellent eye for detail
- Adept at multitasking
