Tara Software Group, an innovative leader in the Blockchain industry, is on the cutting edge of technology. We are looking for a Backend Developer (Mid to Senior level) to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable backend systems using Node.js.
- Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
- Make key architectural and technical decisions, review current applications, and participate in the code review process.
- Engage in deployment activities and help identify, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
- Use Agile methodology effectively in planning sprints, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years (mid) or 4+ years (senior) of professional experience as a Node.js backend developer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Nest.js and Express.js.
- Experience with ORM (TypeORM or Sequelize) and ODM (Mongoose).
- Competence in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of REST API development and Web Sockets.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture and caching systems like Redis.
- Proficiency in version control tools like Git and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Familiar with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of unit integration and end-to-end testing.
Nice to Have (Especially for Senior Level):
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and Web3.
- Familiarity with Ethereum & Solana blockchains, smart contracts, and associated development frameworks.
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system and DevOps.
- Proven problem-solving skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Familiarity with using AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar to enhance productivity and code quality.
