• مسلط به فرآیندهای کنترل پروژه در بخش مهندسی تامین کالا و اجرای پروژه‌های نفت و گاز.
• مسلط به نرم­‌افزارهای کنترل پروژه MSP و P6.
• آشنایی با PMBOK.
• خلاق و توانمند در هماهنگی بین واحدها جهت تسریع در روند پروژه.

• تهیه ساختار شکست کار، OBS و تدوین بسته‌های کاری از طریق ارتباط موثر با ذی‌نفعان و مرور موارد قراردادی پروژه.
• تهیه برنامه زمان‌­بندی پروژه.
• تهیه گزارشات مدیریتی و پیشرفت پروژه.
• تهیه گزارشات پیشرفت ماهانه و هفتگی برای کارفرما.
• تهیه گزارش‌های داشبورد مدیریتی برای ارائه به مدیریت.
• تهیه ی ارزیابی نهایی عملکرد زمانی پروژه با آخرین مبنای تدوین شده و ثبت درس آموخته.
• به‌روزرسانی برنامه زمان‌بندی اولیه در مقاطع مختلف در صورت نیاز.
• تهیه Replan و ارائه برنامه جبرانی.
• آنالیز تاخیرات.

Proficient in project control processes in the supply engineering department and implementation of oil and gas projects
Proficient in MSP and P6 project control software
Familiar with PMbok
Creative and able to coordinate between units to accelerate the project process

Job Description:

Preparation of work breakdown structure, OBS and formulation of work packages through effective communication with stakeholders and review of project contractual items
Preparation of project schedule
Preparation of management reports and project progress
preparation of monthly and weekly progress reports for the employer
preparation of management dashboard reports to present to the management
preparation of the final evaluation of the project's time performance with the latest compiled basis and recording lessons learned
updating the initial schedule at different stages if needed
familiarity with how to perform quantitative analysis and risk related to scheduling
preparation of Replan and presentation of compensation plan
analysis of delays
