رئیس حسابداری مالی | Head of Financial Accounting

جهت کار در شرکت مهندسی معظم و معتبر مرتبط با حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی؛

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت تیم حسابداری و نظارت بر عملکرد روزانه.
• هماهنگی با تمامی بخش‌ها برای اطمینان از جمع‌آوری داده‌های مالی به‌صورت صحیح.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات مالی دقیق و به‌‌موقع.
• اطمینان از رعایت تمامی قوانین و مقررات مالیاتی و بیمه‌ای.
• همکاری با حسابرسان داخل و خارج شرکت برای تهیه گزارش‌های حسابرسی.
• مدیریت نرم‌ افزار حسابداری راهکاران همکاران سیستم و کنترل اسناد مالی ثبت شده توسط تیم حسابداری.
• کنترل سامانه مودیان و عملکرد تیم حسابداری بر روی سامانه مذکور.
• کنترل سامانه معاملات فصلی و عملکرد تیم حسابداری بر روی سامانه مذکور.
• کنترل سامانه E-Services بیمه و عملکرد تیم حسابداری بر روی سامانه مذکور.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حوزه مالی یا حسابداری.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مالی و حسابداری؛ حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری مدیریت در حوزه مالی و حسابداری.
• مهارت در حسابداری و حسابرسی، مالیات و بیمه.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و کار تیمی.
• مسلط به سامانه مودیان، معاملات فصلی و تامین اجتماعی.
• مسلط به اظهارنامه ارزش افزوده و عملکرد و صورت‌های مالی.
• مهارت کار با نرم‌افزار حسابداری راهکاران همکاران سیستم و مجموعه مایکروسافت آفیس.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the accounting team and monitoring daily performance
- Coordination with all departments to ensure the correct collection of financial data
- Preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with all tax and insurance laws and regulations
- Cooperation with auditors inside and outside the company to prepare audit reports
- Management of accounting software solutions of system partners and control of financial documents registered by the accounting team
- Taxpayer system control and the performance of the accounting team on the said system
- Controlling the system of seasonal transactions and the performance of the accounting team on the said system
- Control of the insurance E Services system and the performance of the accounting team on the said system

Qualifications:
- Have at least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting
- Having at least 5 years of work experience in the field of finance and accounting
- Having at least 2 years of management work experience in the field of finance and accounting
- Skilled in accounting and auditing, tax and insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
- Mastering the Modian system, seasonal transactions and social security
- Mastery of added value statement and performance and financial statements
- The skill of working with the accounting software of system partners solutions and Office collection
