What You’ll Do
As a Senior Front-End Developer (React.js), you’ll play a central role in shaping the user experience of our health tech platforms. You’ll build fast, responsive, and accessible interfaces that bring our products to life and directly impact how healthcare professionals and patients interact with our solutions. Working closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers, you’ll ensure we deliver intuitive, reliable, and delightful digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Translate complex product requirements and design wireframes into user-friendly, high-performance features.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure pixel-perfect UI and excellent user experience.
• Implement responsive and accessible designs that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, working closely with backend engineers.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to product discussions and help shape technical direction for the front-end stack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Deep experience with React.js and related libraries (React Hooks, Context API, Redux, or Recoil).
• Hands-on experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
• Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility (a11y), and security best practices.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
