About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Campaign Management Specialist to lead high-impact campaigns that drive user growth and lead generation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally, manage budgets, and use data insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel campaigns aligned with business goals (e.g., user acquisition, lead generation, brand awareness).
- Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless, timely, and compliant campaign execution.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; optimize for maximum impact.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure strong ROI.
- Deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Identify synergies across platforms, markets, and audiences to scale campaigns creatively and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record in executing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns (e.g. social, search, email, offline).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding project and time management skills with sharp attention to detail.
