کارشناس برنامه ریزی فروش | Sales Planning Specialist

نقش‌ها و مسئولیت‌ها:

• بررسی فرآیندهای فروش، شاخص‌های مرتبط و عملکرد مراکز پخش.
• ارائه تحلیل‌های قیمتی و پروموشن رقبا برای افزایش سهم بازار.
• تهیه گزارشات منظم روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه، دوره‌ای از برنامه‌ها، اهداف، مغایرت‌ها و دلایل عدم تحقق اهداف تیم فروش.
• مشارکت در طراحی فرآیند و پیش‌بینی‌های فروش.
• پیگیری مشکلات روزمره فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت کسب‌وکار، مهندسی صنایع، ریاضی یا آمار.
• مسلط به کار و تحلیل با داده‌های فروش و ابزارهای تحلیلی (Excel ،Power BI ،ERP).
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مرتبط. 

مهارت‌ها:

• آشنایی با رفتار بازار و رقبا، رفتار مصرف‌کننده و استراتژی‌های رقابتی.
• توانایی ارائه گزارشات شفاف و تحلیلی به مدیریت.
• توانایی انجام هم‌زمان امور مختلف.
• توانایی کار تیمی و فعالیت‌های تیمی در محیط کار.
• مهارت برنامه‌ریزی و سازمان‌دهی.
• قدرت حل مسئله.
• انعطاف‌پذیری در مواجهه با چالش‌های محیط.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Survey of Sales Processes, Related Indicators and Performance of Broadcasting Centers
-Providing competitors' pricing and promotional analysis to increase market share
-Providing regular daily, weekly and monthly reports, periods of programs, goals, inconsistencies and reasons for sales of sales



Education

Expert (Business Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics)
-Mastery of work and analysis with sales data and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP)
Familiarity with English





-Introduction to Market and Competitors' Behavior, Consumer Behavior and Competitive Strategies
-Ability to provide transparent and analytical reports to management
-Ability to perform different tasks
-teamwork ability and teamwork in the workplace
-Planning and organizing the environment
