About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team working on the PSB project for a prestigious automotive and engine manufacturing company. This role involves developing and maintaining a Business Intelligence dashboard system focused on parts/products monitoring and cost management. The position offers the opportunity to work with both established and cutting-edge technologies, with Symfony as our primary backend framework, along with Laravel and Vue.js.
This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js (must-have)
- Extensive experience with Symfony framework (required)
- Experience with other PHP frameworks is a plus
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
- Proficient in database management and optimization
- Version control experience (Git)
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Soft Skills:
- Advanced English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Laravel framework
- Knowledge of German language
- Familiarity with automotive industry software/systems
- Advanced Symfony component development and customization
- Experience with BI dashboard implementation
- DevOps knowledge (CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies)
- Testing methodologies and tools (unit testing, integration testing)
- Experience with SQL optimization for large datasets
