شرح شغل و وظایف:

در ایکس چیف، به‌عنوان یک برند پیشرو در حوزه فین‌تک، به دنبال تقویت حضور خود در فضای دیجیتال و شبکه‌های اجتماعی هستیم. در حال حاضر، نیازمند یک مدیر حرفه‌ای لینکدین هستیم که بتواند عملکرد ما را از سطح اجرایی به یک استراتژی پیشرفته برای تقویت هویت برند و توسعه کسب‌وکار بر پایه داده‌ها ارتقا دهد. این نقش شامل طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های دقیق برای افزایش شناخت عمومی، جذب مخاطبان هدف و بهینه‌سازی تعاملات است.


وظایف اصلی:

1. تحلیل عملکرد فعلی لینکدین
- تحلیل دقیق شاخص‌های کلیدی (مشارکت، رسیدن، رشد، تبدیل) و شناسایی فرصت‌ها و نقاط ضعف

2. طراحی و اجرای استراتژی نتیجه‌محور
- طراحی استراتژی‌های هوشمندانه برای افزایش آگاهی از برند، تعامل (Engagement)، و جذب مخاطبان حرفه‌ای

3. تولید و نظارت بر محتوای تخصصی
- تولید و نظارت بر محتوای تحلیلی، تخصصی و جذاب در حوزه بازارهای مالی، فین‌تک و فارکس.

4. افزایش تعامل (Engagement)
- استفاده از تکنیک‌های ارتباطی هوشمندانه برای افزایش تعامل، پاسخ‌گویی به کامنت‌ها و مدیریت پیام‌ها

5. تحلیل داده‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌ها
- تحلیل دقیق داده‌های لینکدین (Insights, Analytics, UTM) و ارائه گزارش‌های هفتگی/ماهانه با بینش‌های عملیاتی قابل اجرا

6. هدایت تیم محتوا
- هدایت تیم محتوا و هماهنگی با گرافیست‌ها، ویدیو ادیتورها و مدیران برای افزایش کیفیت و یکپارچگی محتوا

7. اجرای کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی
- طراحی و اجرای کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی (LinkedIn Ads) برای افزایش آگاهی از برند و جذب لیدهای باکیفیت

8. بهینه‌سازی پروفایل‌های مدیران
- بهینه‌سازی پروفایل‌های مدیران و تقویت حضور آن‌ها به‌عنوان متخصصان صنعت (Thought Leaders)

9. منتورینگ و یکپارچه‌سازی هویت برند
- منتورینگ تیم در زمینه مدیریت لینکدین و یکپارچه‌سازی هویت برند برای اعضای تیم



مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:

1. تجربه مدیریت استراتژیک لینکدین
- تجربه اثبات‌شده در افزایش مشارکت و رشد ارگانیک.

2. تولید محتوای تخصصی
- توانایی تولید محتوای تحلیلی و تخصصی در حوزه مالی، فین‌تک و فارکس

3. تحلیل داده‌ها
- تسلط به تحلیل شاخص‌های کلیدی (نرخ مشارکت، CTR، CPC، ROAS، رشد دنبال‌کنندگان)

4. کار با LinkedIn Ads Manager
- تجربه کار با LinkedIn Ads Manager و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی

5. گزارش‌دهی حرفه‌ای
- مهارت در ارائه گزارش‌های حرفه‌ای و بینش‌های عملیاتی برای مدیریت

6. مدیریت تیم
- مهارت در مدیریت تیم و هماهنگی با اعضای مختلف تیم محتوا

Job Description and Duties:

Currently, we need a professional LinkedIn manager who can improve our performance from the level of executive to an advanced strategy to enhance brand identity and develop business development. This role includes designing and implementing detailed programs to enhance public cognition, attract target audience and optimize interactions.

Main tasks:

. LinkedIn's current performance analysis
- Careful analysis of key indicators (participation, ripening, growth, conversion) and identifying opportunities and weaknesses

. Design and Implementation of Strategy -based Strategy
- Design of smart strategies to raise brand awareness, engagement, and attract professional audiences

. Production and Monitoring of Specialized Content
- Production and Monitoring of Analytical, Specialized and Attractive Content in Financial Markets, Finn and Forex.

1. Increase Engagement
