1. عملیات تهیه
• مدیریت فعالیتهای خرید پایان به پایان برای دسته های IMS از جمله خدمات مدیریت تسهیلات ، خدمات منابع انسانی ،…. خدمات.

2. مدیریت تأمین کننده
• شناسایی ، ارزیابی و مدیریت تأمین کنندگان محلی در دسته های اختصاص یافته.
• انتخاب تأمین کننده ، مذاکره ، ورود به سیستم و فرآیندهای بررسی عملکرد. بهینه سازی و مذاکره هزینه
• انجام تجزیه و تحلیل بازار برای شناسایی فرصت های پس انداز و پشتیبانی از فعالیت های بودجه ریزی. همکاری ذینفعان
• به عنوان یک شریک تجاری در کارکردهای محلی و مشاغل
• پشتیبانی از پروژه های عملکردی متقابل
• حفظ ارتباط منظم با CTMS منطقه ای

5. انطباق و مستندات
• اطمینان حاصل کنید که فعالیت های تهیه با سیاست های تهیه شرکت ، الزامات نظارتی محلی و استانداردهای حسابرسی مطابقت دارد.
• حفظ سوابق به روز قراردادها ، اسناد تأمین کننده و داده ها

1. Procurement Operations
• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for IMS categories including facility management services, HR services,… .
• Handle logistics procurement such as freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clearance services, and inland transportation.
• Process, and monitor purchase orders (POs) and contracts in compliance with internal policies.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of purchased goods and services.

2. Supplier Management
• Identify, evaluate, and manage local suppliers in assigned categories.
• Supplier selection, negotiation, onboarding, and performance review processes.
• Ensure that suppliers meet company compliance, sustainability, and quality standards.

3. Cost Optimization and Negotiation
• Conduct market analysis to identify savings opportunities and support budgeting activities.
• Prepare and lead commercial negotiations
• Track and report cost savings, cost avoidance, and process improvements.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as a business partner to local functions and business
• Support cross-functional projects
• Maintain regular communication with regional CTMs

5. Compliance and Documentation
• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company Procurement Policies, local regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records of contracts, supplier documents, and spend data.
