مسئولیت ها:
- برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با مشتریان و شناسایی نیازهای آنها
- ایجاد و حفظ روابط مثبت با مشتریان کنونی و جذاب ساختن مشتریان جدید
- ارائه محصولات و خدمات شرکت به مشتریان و توضیح ویژگی‌ها و مزایای آنها
- پاسخ‌گویی به سوالات و ابهامات مشتریان به صورت سریع و دقیق
- پیگیری سفارشات مشتریان تا رسیدن به نتایج مطلوب
- تهیه و ارسال گزارش‌های منظم فروش به سرپرست مربوطه

- توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و فن بیان قوی
- سازماندهی و توانایی مدیریت زمان به صورت موثر
- توانایی کار به صورت تیمی و مستقل
- اشتیاق به یادگیری و توسعه مهارت‌های فردی
- تجربه در فروش یا خدمات مشتریان مزیت محسوب می‌شود
