Your Role:
The Senior Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the company through the acquisition and development of new B2B customer relationships within the IT industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our services while building strong partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients within the IT industry.
- Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the company services.
- Conduct successful negotiations with clients to close deals on favorable terms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address customer concerns and objections related to services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional services.
- Accurately track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the market.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT sales methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Fluency in English, and Turkish is a plus
