Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee all social platforms, share our blog content, engage with audiences, and generate positive brand signals that boost our SEO and website traffic.
⚠️ Since our website and all content are in English, full professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute a cross-platform social media content calendar aligned with our content marketing strategy
● Adapt and repurpose blog articles, product launches, customer stories, and campaigns into platform-specific posts
● Manage content creation and publishing for the following platforms:
○ Instagram
○ Facebook
○ LinkedIn
○ Pinterest
○ YouTube
● Write engaging, brand-aligned captions in fluent English
● Create Reels, Pins, Stories, and video shorts (or coordinate with a creative team for production)
● Respond to DMs and comments with a professional tone and helpful attitude
● Collaborate with the content, SEO, and design teams for cohesive messaging
● Track performance analytics (reach, engagement, CTR, growth) and suggest optimizations
● Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes across all platforms
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager (preferably for e-commerce, design, or art-related brands)
● Full professional fluency in English is a must – both written and verbal
● Deep understanding of platform algorithms and best practices
● Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for captions, short-form content, and post hooks
● Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Photoshop is a plus
● Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
● Awareness of SEO principles and how social signals affect search visibility
● Creativity, responsibility, consistency, and the ability to work independently
● Bonus: Experience managing Pinterest and YouTube Shorts for visual-first brands
