شرح شغل:

• بررسی کیفیت و قیمت محصولات و مذاکره با فروشندگان برای رسیدن به بهترین نتیجه.
• پیگیری موجودی و نیازهای بخش‌های مختلف و خرید موارد مورد نیاز آن‌ها.
• اطلاع از جدیدترین تغییرات در هر صنعت و آشنایی با محصولات جدید.
• بررسی و مقایسه کالاهای کاندید برای خرید و انتخاب بهترین مورد.
• ایجاد ارتباطات موثر با سایر شرکت‌ها و فروشندگان.
• بررسی گزارش‌های مالی و انجام مذاکرات بر اساس آن‌ها.
• شناسایی و بررسی و بازدید از کارخانجات تولید کننده محصولات.
• شرکت در جلسات، سمینارها، کنفرانس‌ها و نمایشگاه‌های تجاری برای آشنایی با آخرین محصولات و متدها در هر صنعت.
• مذاکره و توافق با تامین کنندگان محصول برای تحویل بموقع کالاها.
• ملاقات با مسئولین مربوطه در مورد کالاها یا خدمات معیوب و انجام اقدامات لازم باتوجه به شرایط.
• یادداشت و نگهداری تمامی سوابق خریدهای انجام شده، هزینه‌ها، تحویل کالاها، کارایی محصول و موجودی‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• قدرت حل مسئله و توانایی مدیریت بحران.
• توانمند در مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مهارت‌های بین فردی.

Creating effective communication with other companies and sellers. Meetings, seminars, conferences and commercial exhibitions to get acquainted with the latest products and methods in any industry. Confirmation and agreement with product suppliers to deliver timely goods. Requirements with relevant authorities on defective goods or services and taking necessary measures according to the conditions. Crisis Management. Ability to communication skills and interpersonal skills.
