مدیر تأمین مالی | Corporate Finance & Financing Manager

این سمت مسئول طراحی و اجرای راهبردهای تأمین مالی از طریق بازار پول و بازار سرمایه، توسعه ابزارهای تأمین مالی نوین، تعامل مؤثر با نهادهای مالی، اعتباری و نظارتی، و مدیریت پرتفوی بدهی شرکت و شرکت‌های تابعه است. این نقش در راستای پشتیبانی از اهداف سرمایه‌گذاری و بهینه‌سازی ساختار مالی گروه عمل می‌کند و اصلی ترین وظایف آن شامل:
• طراحی برنامه‌های تأمین مالی کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت با استفاده از ابزارهای بازار پول و سرمایه
‌ مدیریت فرایندهای اخذ تسهیلات، انتشار اوراق بدهی، گشایش اعتبارات اسنادی و دریافت ضمانت‌نامه‌ها
• برقراری ارتباط حرفه‌ای و اثربخش با بانک‌ها، شرکت‌های تأمین سرمایه، سازمان بورس و نهادهای ذی‌ربط
• ارزیابی و انتخاب گزینه‌های تأمین مالی متناسب با شرایط پروژه‌ها، هزینه سرمایه و ریسک‌های مرتبط
• تحلیل و پایش مستمر پرتفوی بدهی گروه، کنترل سررسیدها، هزینه‌ها و ریسک‌های مالی
• مشارکت در تدوین سیاست‌های اعتباری و تأمین مالی گروه
• تهیه گزارش‌های مدیریتی از وضعیت بدهی، تسهیلات و برنامه‌های تأمین مالی
• هماهنگی با بخش‌های حقوقی، مالی و شرکت‌های تابعه برای اجرای به‌موقع طرح‌های تأمین مالی
• بررسی فرصت‌های تأمین مالی بین‌المللی و ابزارهای نوین مالی در بازار سرمایه ایران

مهارت‌های تخصصی:

• تسلط بر ابزارها و سازوکارهای تأمین مالی در بازار پول و سرمایه
• آشنایی کامل با فرآیند انتشار اوراق، اخذ تسهیلات بانکی، تضامین و LC
• شناخت نهادهای مالی، مقررات بانک مرکزی، سازمان بورس و بازار سرمایه
• دانش مالی پیشرفته در زمینه هزینه سرمایه، ارزش‌گذاری، و تحلیل ریسک
• تسلط بر قوانین، مقررات و رویه‌های تأمین مالی داخلی و بین‌المللی

مهارت‌های نرم:

• توان تحلیل مالی پیشرفته و مدل‌سازی ساختارهای تأمین مالی
• مهارت مذاکره و تعامل حرفه‌ای با نهادهای مالی و سرمایه‌گذاران
• قدرت تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط پیچیده مالی
• تسلط بر تهیه مستندات مالی، حقوقی و اطلاعات افشا
• مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی، اولویت‌بندی و اجرای چند پروژه تأمین مالی به‌صورت هم‌زمان
• توانایی هدایت تیم و مدیریت افراد در پروژه‌های چندبخشی


شرایط احراز:

1- تحصیلات : داشتن حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در یکی از رشته های حسابداری،مدیریت، اقتصاد
2- داشتن حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
3- حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریتی در سطح ارشد
4- سابقه فعالیت در هلدینگ های سرمایه گذاری یا صنایع پتروشیمی/پالایشی

This position is responsible for designing and implementing financing strategies through the money market and capital market, developing new financing tools, effective interaction with financial, credit and regulatory institutions, and managing the debt portfolio of the company and its subsidiaries. This role works in line with supporting the investment goals and optimizing the financial structure of the group, and its main tasks include: Designing short-term and long-term financing plans using money and capital market tools, managing the processes of obtaining facilities, issuing debt securities, opening letters of credit, and receiving guarantees. capital costs and related risks
• Continuous analysis and monitoring of the group's debt portfolio, control of maturities, costs and financial risks
• Participation in the formulation of the group's credit and financing policies
• Preparation of management reports on debt status, facilities and financing plans
• Coordination with the legal, financial and subsidiary departments for the timely implementation of financing plans
• Reviewing international financing opportunities and new financial tools in the capital market Iran

Specialized skills:

• Mastery of financing tools and mechanisms in the money and capital market
• Complete familiarity with the process of issuing bonds, obtaining bank facilities, guarantees and LC
• Knowledge of financial institutions, regulations of the central bank, stock exchange and capital market organization
• Advanced financial knowledge in the field of cost of capital, valuation, and risk analysis
• Mastery of domestic and international financing laws, regulations, and procedures

Conditions Qualification: 1- Education: having at least a master's degree in one of the fields of accounting, management, economics
2- having at least 10 years of related work experience
3- at least 5 years of management experience at senior level
4- experience of working in investment holdings or petrochemical/refining industries
