Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Next.js React Developer to join our frontend team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications using the latest modern technologies, including Next.js 14+. This is a hands-on role for a developer who is passionate about creating beautiful, accessible, and scalable user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance, SEO-optimized web applications using Next.js 14+ and its full-stack capabilities, including Server Components, Server Actions, and Route Handlers.
- Build beautiful, accessible, and highly interactive user interfaces using modern component libraries, primarily shadcn/ui (built on Radix UI) and Tailwind CSS.
- Develop and consume both RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring type-safe data fetching and mutations with libraries like TanStack Query.
- Implement robust state management solutions for complex client-side state using Zustand, Jotai, or React Context, alongside Next.js’s built-in server-state handling.
- Write clean, type-safe code throughout the application using TypeScript.
- Implement modern authentication and authorization flows using Next-Auth.js or Auth.js, integrating with JWT, OAuth2, and identity providers.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores) and accessibility (a11y).
- Write clean, component-driven code following best practices to ensure reusability, scalability, and a great developer experience.
- Collaborate closely with backend (Python) and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.

Qualifications and Experience
- +5 years of experience in modern React development with a strong focus on Next.js.
- Proven experience with the core features of Next.js 14+, such as the App Router, Server Components, and Server Actions.
- Extensive experience with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong experience building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Proficiency with state management libraries such as Zustand or Jotai.
- Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience implementing authentication solutions like Next-Auth.js.
- Fluency in English is required.
