• پایش و مانیتورنیگ شبکه طبق ابزارهای موجود.
• حل مشکلات نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری رایانه‌های کاری.
• رسیدگی به قراردادهای پیمانکاری و خدماتی در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با VoIP.
• آشنایی کامل با مجموعه Office.
• آشنایی کامل با سرویس های بکاپگیری.
• آشنایی با MCSA و MCSE.
• آشنایی کامل با +Network.
