We are wiling to establish innovative tendencies and are eager to have you on our team to help us get through our business challenges with creativity, intelligence, and agility.We are waiting for you to continue this story.Responsibilities:Design and Deployment: Plan and deploy virtualization solutions such as VMware manage storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage.Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security of the virtualization and storage systems.Supports the ongoing maintenance, both proactive and reactive, of our VMware environment across multiple sites.Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure efficient operations.Disaster Recovery: Develop and test disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability in the event of a disaster.Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning to manage resources and forecast futureneeds based on organizational growth.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of the systems’ configurations and operations processes.Security: Implement security measures to protect data and infrastructure from cyber threats.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other ICT team members to support overall ICT infrastructure goals.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure that services meet the required standards.Requirements:Expert knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V).Strong understanding of storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, Object Storage, and cloud storage solutions).Experience and proficiency with vRealize Suite products (vROPS, vRLI, etc).Proficient with backup solutions and strategies based on Veeam backup.Strong troubleshooting and Problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.At least 5 years of experience in managing and implementing virtualization and storage systems.Benefits: Credit for: Vacations, Gym, Therapy, Internet CostsSocial Security & Complementary InsuranceEducational platform of advanced coursesSnappfood’s Discount codesLoans
