At Eghamat 24, we are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented International Marketing Manager to develop and establish our brand's position in foreign markets. If you have experience in designing and leading marketing strategies in international markets, the ability to build and lead specialized teams, and can create an effective balance between branding and performance marketing, this position is for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing a comprehensive international marketing strategy, directly impacting market growth, brand share, and foreign revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for target international markets.
- Analyze new markets, examine competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for target countries.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Brand Awareness and Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and continuously monitor the performance of marketing channels.
- Lead and develop social media, content, and performance teams while collaborating closely with the product team.
- Optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion and customer retention.
- Provide analytical and managerial reports to senior management.
Expected Qualifications and Conditions:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in marketing, with a background in team management.
- Practical experience in developing foreign markets or international marketing.
- Proficiency in Performance Marketing and data analysis tools.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and data-driven decision-making.
- Deep understanding of branding, content strategy, and consumer behavior in various markets.
- Ability to design and implement GTM strategies for entering new markets.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make decisions in complex situations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
