Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
- Manage job postings on internal and external platforms, ensuring accurate and enticing descriptions of vacancies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future job openings, proactively sourcing and nurturing potential candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates to verify qualifications and eligibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role within the Information Technology and Services industry
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
