مدیر ارشد برنامه ریزی تقاضا و تأمین | Senior Demand & Supply Planning Manager

وظایف و مسئولیت ها:
- پیش‌بینی تقاضا براساس داده‌های فروش مویرگی، تخلیه بار روزانه، پوشش مسیرها و فصل‌پذیری کالا
- تحلیل موجودی و گردش کالا در انبار مرکزی و کلیه شعب استانی
- مدیریت موجودی Safety stock و برای کالاهای پرگردش و کم‌گردش
- جلوگیری از بروز کمبود کالا در شعب و مدیریت کالاهای نزدیک به تاریخ انقضا
- مدیریت Lead Time تأمین و کنترل ریسک‌های تأخیر در دریافت کالا
- ارتباط مستقیم با تولید برای تخصیص ظرفیت و اولویت‌بندی SKUها
- مدیریت چرخه کامل سفارشات خرید از کارخانه تا تحویل شعب
- پایش سطح خدمت (Service Level) به شبکه فروش
- کنترل سفارشات تخفیفی، پروموشن‌ها و موج‌های فروش
- تخصیص کالا به شعب براساس ظرفیت انبار، نیاز فروش و سیاست شرکت
- کنترل کالاهای راکد، مانده‌دار، کم‌گردش و شناسایی گلوگاه‌های تأمین
- مشارکت در طراحی S&OP و جلسات هماهنگی ماهانه با فروش و عملیات پخش

شرایط احراز سمت:
- حداقل 5 تا 8 سال تجربه در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی تقاضا، تأمین یا مدیریت موجودی در شرکت‌های پخش سراسری یا FMCG
- مهارت بالا در تحلیل داده، مدل‌سازی، محاسبات موجودی و چرخه تأمین
- تحصیلات مرتبط: مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت صنعتی، زنجیره تأمین، MBA
- تسلط به اصول Forecasting و مدل‌های پیش‌بینی تقاضا.
- مهارت بالا در تحلیل ریسک زنجیره تأمین.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demand forecasting based on capillary sales data, daily load unloading, route coverage and product seasonality
- Analysis of inventory and circulation of goods in the central warehouse and all provincial branches
- Safety stock inventory management for high-circulation and low-circulation goods
- Preventing shortage of goods in branches and managing goods close to expiration date
- Lead Time management, ensuring and controlling the risks of delay in receiving the goods
- Direct communication with production to allocate capacity and prioritize SKUs
- Management of the full cycle of purchase orders from the factory to the branch delivery
- Monitoring the service level (Service Level) to the sales network
- Control of discount orders, promotions and sales waves
- Allocation of goods to branches based on warehouse capacity, sales needs and company policy
- Control of stagnant, residual, low-circulation goods and identification of supply bottlenecks
- Participating in S&OP design and monthly coordination meetings with sales and distribution operations

Qualification conditions:
- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of demand planning, supply or inventory management in national distribution or FMCG companies
- High skill in data analysis, modeling, inventory calculations and supply cycle
- Related education: industrial engineering, industrial management, supply chain, MBA
- Mastering the principles of forecasting and demand forecasting models.
- High skill in supply chain risk analysis.
