Reservoir Engineer (Support & Test Engineer)

We are a software development company specializing in desktop applications for the oil and gas industry. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservoir Engineer (fresh graduates are welcome) to join our team as a Support & Test Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test the software to ensure it operates properly and maintains a streamlined workflow.
• Test pull requests in task branches to ensure functionality and quality.
• Create and manage tasks for reported issues and bug fixes.
• Identify and report bugs or inconsistencies in simulation processes or results.
• Prepare software releases (internal or formal versions).
• Contribute to reservoir engineering study projects as required.
• Update software documentation periodically to reflect the latest changes and features.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Reservoir Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of reservoir simulation processes and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and workflows.
