Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive pricing in the market.
- Monitor and analyze pricing trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies based on market dynamics and seasonality.
- Identify potential risks related to pricing, partnerships, and market dynamics and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement effective risk assessment and monitoring processes to protect the company's financial interests and reputation.
- Identify and negotiate partnerships with tour provider, and other relevant businesses to enhance the company's offerings.
- Maintain and strengthen existing partnerships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor partner performance and assess the impact on the company's commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets and monitor performance against sales goals.
- Optimize distribution strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to availability and price weakness compared to the competitors.

Requirements
