شرایط احراز
• مهندس برق -کلیه گرایش ها- با سابقه در زمینه پروژه های پیمانکاری و صنعتی
• مهارت در مذاکره و مدیریت تغییرات پروژه
• توانایی برنامهریزی و سازماندهی پروژهها
• قابلیت کار با نرمافزارهای Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• قابلیت مدیریت زمان و اولویتبندی وظایف
• مهارت در کار تیمی و رهبری موثر
• مهارت در استفاده از ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه همچون Microsoft Project
• کنترل هزینهها و بودجه پروژه و کنترل خرید مصالح و متریال
• توان کنترل برنامه زمانبندی و پیشبرد عملیات ساخت و نصب تجهیزات
• گزارشدهی دورهای به مدیریت ارشد
• شناسایی ریسکها و ارائه راهکار
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی امتیاز بشمار می آید
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (all disciplines) with proven experience in industrial and contracting projects
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage project changes
• Proven ability in project planning and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills
• Strong teamwork capabilities with effective leadership skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Ability to control project costs and budgets, including procurement of materials and supplies
• Ability to monitor project schedules and oversee construction and equipment installation activities
• Preparation of periodic reports for senior management
• Ability to identify project risks and propose effective mitigation solutions
