We are looking for a technical talent acquisition specialist:
As a member of Talent acquisition team, you are responsible for:
- Cooperating closely with hiring managers in order to recognize their need.
- Following A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference-check, negotiation and on-boarding
- Conducting different interview methods such as behavioral, Group & Panel Interviews
- Supporting a positive candidate experience through the interview and hiring process offering other ways to facilitate a positive experience based on feedback.
- Finding, engage and activate passive candidates through different channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and alternative search techniques.
- Presenting weekly, monthly reports of hiring process.
Qualifications:
- University degree or other relevant professional qualifications
- Familiarity with IT positions
- Professional LinkedIn search
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as a recruiter, experience as a recruiter
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
