Job Description
The key Responsibilities:

· Prepare & present qualitative & quantitative reports in order to analyze and improve the transmission network.
· Monitor transmission KPIs in order to identify the critical points.
· Touch and keep the required transmission network quality in order to ensure the specified targets are met.
· Analyze the problems of transmission network in order to propose new solutions to MCI and other stakeholders.
· Follow up the conduction of the presented solutions to the stakeholders in order to ensure the problems are resolved.
· Follow up the received work orders in order to plan the transmission network in NI phase.
· Monitor the specified KPIs determined by Telecommunication Company of Iran and Telecommunication Infrastructure Company, before and after resolving the CRs and propose the solutions in order to prevent any KPI degradation.
· Present the transmission plans and new solutions swiftly and based on the schedule in order to expand the RAN or Core sections of the network.
· Provide new solution to RAN and core teams in order to resolve the transmission problems.
