مدیر امور مالی،بودجه و امور سهام | Finance, Budgeting & Shareholders Affairs Manager

این سمت مسئول هدایت، هماهنگی و نظارت بر کلیه فرآیندهای مالی شرکت سرمایه‌گذاری نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی تأمین (تاپیکو) است؛ شامل مدیریت بودجه، کنترل‌های مالی، امور مربوط به سهام و ارتباط با نهادهای مالی و بورسی. این نقش کلیدی در سلامت مالی، انضباط بودجه‌ای و شفافیت عملکرد اقتصادی شرکت ایفا می‌کند. وظایف و مسئولیت های اصلی این شغل شامل :
• برنامه‌ریزی، تنظیم و پایش بودجه سالانه تاپیکو و شرکت‌های تابعه
• بررسی و تحلیل صورت‌های مالی تلفیقی و عملکرد مالی شرکت‌های سرمایه‌پذیر
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی مدیریتی، تحلیل روندها و ارائه هشدارهای به‌موقع
• هماهنگی و نظارت بر فرآیندهای تقسیم سود، افزایش سرمایه، مجامع و ثبت تغییرات در سهام
• تعامل مؤثر با سازمان بورس، حسابرسان مستقل، سازمان حسابرسی و شرکت بورس
• پایش جریان نقدی، بررسی و تأیید پرداخت‌ها و مدیریت بهینه منابع
• اطمینان از تطابق رویه‌های مالی با قوانین مالیاتی، بورسی و حسابداری کشور
• مشارکت در تهیه اسناد هیئت‌مدیره و مجامع عمومی مرتبط با امور مالی و سهام
• نظارت بر اجرای دقیق استانداردهای گزارشگری مالی در سطح شرکت و هلدینگ‌های زیرمجموعه

• تسلط کامل بر اصول و استانداردهای حسابداری مالی و حسابرسی
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، تجارت، مقررات سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار

شرایط احراز:
1- تحصیلات : داشتن حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در یکی از رشته های حسابداری،مدیریت،اقتصاد
2- داشتن حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
3- حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریتی در سطح ارشد
4- سابقه فعالیت در هلدینگ های سرمایه گذاری یا صنایع پتروشیمی/پالایشی

This position is responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising all financial processes of the Oil and Gas Investment and Petrochemical Supply Company (Tapico); including budget management, financial controls, stock related matters and communication with financial and stock exchange institutions. It plays a key role in the financial health, budgetary discipline and transparency of the company's economic performance. The main duties and responsibilities of this job include: Planning, adjusting and monitoring the annual budget of Tapico and its subsidiaries Reviewing and analyzing the consolidated financial statements and financial performance of investing companies Preparing and presenting management financial reports, analyzing trends and providing timely warnings Coordination and monitoring of the processes of dividend distribution, capital increase, meetings and registration of changes in shares Effective interaction with the stock exchange organization, independent auditors, audit organization and the company stock market
• Monitoring cash flow, checking and confirming payments and optimal management of resources
• Ensuring compliance of financial procedures with the tax, stock exchange and accounting laws of the country
• Participation in the preparation of documents for the board of directors and public meetings related to financial affairs and stocks
• Monitoring the strict implementation of financial reporting standards at the company level and subsidiary holdings

Requirements:
1- Education: having at least a master's degree in one of the fields accounting, management, economics
2- Having at least 10 years of related work experience

4- Experience in investment holdings or petrochemical/refining industries
