*مسئولیت‌های شغلی:

• تحقیق و بنچ‌مارک در حوزه‌های مطرح در مدیریت ریسک سازمانی
• تحلیل سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی، زیرساختی، امنیتی و کسب‌و‌کاری
• تدوین، بهبود و پایش شاخص های زیرساختی مدیریت ریسک
• مشارکت در شناسایی، ارزیابی و تجزیه و تحلیل ریسک‌های مثبت و منفی(فرصت و تهدید) شرکت از پنج منظر اهداف استراتژیک، عملیاتی، گزارشگری، تطبیق و ریسکهای فرآیندی
• جمع آوری اطلاعات و تحلیل داده های اخذ شده از بخش ها و واحدهای مختلف شرکت در راستای شناسایی ریسک ها و تهیه گزارشات مربوطه
• مشارکت در راستی‌آزمایی و صحه‌گذاری ریسک های شناسایی شده
• مشارکت در تحلیل، ارزشیابی و اولویت بندی ریسک های شناسایی شده مبتنی بر بررسی منشأ ریسک، احتمال وقوع پیامد، شدت اثر پیامد و تعیین سطح ریسک‌های گزارش شده بر اساس اشتهای ریسک سازمان
• مشارکت در ارائه پیشنهاد اقدامات ابتکاری یا راه‌حل های مواجهه با ریسک‌های خارج از بازه پذیرش شرکت با استناد بر مقایسه سطح ریسک تحلیل شده در گزارشات ارسالی با سطح اشتهای ریسک مصوب سازمان
• مشارکت در ارائه و پیگیری اجرای راهکارهای مقابله با ریسک
• مشارکت در ارزیابی اثربخشی راهکارهای پاسخ به ریسک‌های واحدهای مختلف
• تحلیل آماری و داده کاوی در تحلیل و پیش‌بینی ریسک‌های سازمانی
• تحقیق، بررسی و مشارکت در استخراج شاخص های ارزیابی و کنترلی در سنجش اثربخشی فرآیند مدیریت ریسک

*شایستگی‌های تخصصی:

• تسلط بر مفاهیم مدیریت ریسک سازمانی
• آشنایی با فرایندهای سازمانی
• آشنایی با استانداردها و مدل های مدیریت ریسک سازمانی
• آشنایی با مدیریت ریسک در صنعت نرم افزار
• آشنایی با مدل ها و ابزارهای مدیریت ریسک
• مهارت ارزیابی ریسک و شاخص ها
• توانایی R&D
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی
• توانایی تدوین و ارائه گزارشات مدیریتی
• مهارت ارتباطی و اجتماعی: توانایی برگزاری و اداره کارگروه‌ها و جلسات تخصصی ریسک

• مقطع و گرایش تحصیلات: کارشناسی مهندسی صنایع، رشته های حوزه IT و کامپیوتر، رشته‌های مالی و حسابرسی، ریاضی و آمار- کارشناسی ارشد رشته‌های فوق و MBA
• پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائم برای آقایان الزامی می باشد.
• ساعت کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه، 8 تا 17

- Compilation, improvement and monitoring of risk management infrastructural indicators
-Participation in identifying, evaluating and analyzing positive and negative risks (opportunities and threats) of the company from the five perspectives of strategic, operational, reporting, adaptation and process risks
-Collecting information and analyzing data obtained from different departments and units of the company in order to identify risks and prepare relevant reports
-Participating in the truth Testing and validating the identified risks
-Participation in the analysis, evaluation and prioritization of the identified risks based on the investigation of the origin of the risk, the probability of occurrence, the severity of the effect of the consequence and -Determining the level of reported risks based on the risk appetite of the organization
-Participating in proposing innovative measures or solutions to face risks outside of the company's acceptance range based on the comparison of the risk level -Analyzed in the reports sent with the level Risk appetite approved by the organization
-Participation in presenting and following up the implementation of strategies to deal with risk
-Participation in evaluating the effectiveness of strategies to respond to the risks of different units
-Statistical analysis and data mining in the analysis and forecasting of organizational risks
-Research, review and participation in the extraction of evaluation and control indicators in measuring the effectiveness of the risk management process
