Senior PHP Symfony Developer (Remote)

•  Build and maintain web platforms using PHP and the Symfony framework to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
•  Optimize performance by improving backend logic and SQL queries to ensure fast and efficient systems.
•  Collaborate across teams with frontend developers, designers, and other engineers to create seamless user experiences.
•  Document and design clean, understandable, and maintainable code and technical architecture.
•  Debug, refactor and improve existing codebases, ensuring stability, scalability, and maintainability.
•  Uphold Clean Code principles and coding standards to ensure a high level of code quality and project sustainability.

• 5+ years of professional experience in PHP development, including significant experience with the Symfony framework.
• Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with Twig templating engine for dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, especially MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex backend challenges.
• Clear understanding of Clean Code principles and best practices for scalable architecture.
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and business logic.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts in English.
  • The work environment is English-only, and interviews will also be conducted in English.
