We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager (Brand & Performance) to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and help us grow our brand, acquire customers, and achieve our business goals at a world-class level.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and executing both branding and performance marketing strategies, while working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing the brand identity and branding strategy for RobehRah’s products
- Developing customer acquisition strategies and managing the marketing budget efficiently
- Leading and developing marketing team members (people management) and creating synergy between branding and performance teams
- Ensuring full alignment between marketing activities, business strategy, and company growth objectives
Requirements:
- Experience & Skills:
- You bring the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in SaaS businesses
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership and people management
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, KPIs, and their impact on revenue and growth metrics in the tech industry
- Proven experience in designing and executing branding and performance marketing programs
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools and campaign management
- Experience managing social media, content, SEO, and B2B marketing teams
- Fluent English communication skills
- Familiarity with international branding and marketing practices (a plus)
