Wallex is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment process across various positions. In this role, you will drive strategic sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of top-tier candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet the organization’s talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for diverse roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and create clear, compelling job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and generate recruitment reports.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in tech or product-focused environments.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-caliber candidates for a variety of positions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for tech or product teams in a fast-growing startup environment.
- Familiarity with employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development.
