کارشناس ارزیابی عملکرد | Performance Evaluation Expert

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت صنعتی یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در زمینه ارزیابی عملکرد در شرکت‌های معتبر و ترجیحأ در صنعت بانکداری و تجارت الکترونیک.
• آشنایی با اصول و مبانی ارزیابی عملکرد و استانداردها و مدل‌های موجود.
• مسلط به تحلیل آماری، زبان انگلیسی و ICDL.
• توانایی انجام کار تیمی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
• فن بیان قوی و توان گزارش‌نویسی.

*Having a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, MBA and industrial management
* Having at least 3 years of related work experience in the field of performance evaluation in reputable companies, preferably in the banking and e-commerce industry
Familiarity with the principles and basics of performance evaluation and existing standards and models
*Proficient in statistical analysis, English and ICDL
* The ability to do team work, the ability to communicate effectively, having the ability to express and write reports
