Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Expert to join our outbound sales and customer support team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients in the United States, making you a crucial driver of our international growth. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Serve as a key ambassador for our brand, initiating communication with potential and existing clients across the US market.
Engage prospects with an enthusiastic and professional demeanor, effectively introducing them to our innovative company services to generate genuine interest.
Professionally navigate and resolve client objections, turning challenges into opportunities for deeper engagement and positive outcomes.
Expertly guide conversations to build rapport and clearly articulate our value proposition.
Meticulously maintain client records, ensuring diligent follow-up and nurturing of leads through the sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications)

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Marketing OR Sales-focused role.
Native or B2+ level English proficiency, demonstrating exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for a professional audience.
A clear, confident, and persuasive communication style with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
Proven experience in customer support, outbound calling, or a similar results-driven sales position.
Full proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), professional email correspondence, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
A self-motivated and resilient attitude with a mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets.

Schedule & Location

Schedule: This is a full-time, night shift position with working hours from 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
Location: This position is fully on-site in Tabriz.
