About the role:
The purpose of this role is to support the Commercial team in analyzing business performance, identifying gaps and growth opportunities, and driving greater visibility across key metrics. By delivering actionable insights, interactive dashboards, and data-driven recommendations, this position empowers strategic decision-making and contributes to improved efficiency and business impact.
Responsibility:
- Analyze business performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for the Commercial team.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that address business and operational needs.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate business performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Lead deep-dive data analyses to identify business gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Product, Platform, etc.) to align on priorities and share insights.
- Manage and execute end-to-end business analysis projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Prepare and deliver both recurring and ad-hoc reports to support commercial strategies and initiatives.
- Contribute to business planning and budgeting processes by providing data-driven recommendations and forecasts
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil ,Etc) , Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business/Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis is advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or other BI tools) for dashboarding and visualization.
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of KPI definition, measurement, and monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal), with the ability to convey insights effectively.
- Proactive, fast learner with a data-driven mindset and a passion for transforming insights into measurable business impact.
