We are looking for motivated and fast-learning HR Associates to join our Human Resources team.
This role is ideal for early-career candidates—especially recent graduates—who are eager to learn and contribute across various HR functions, based on organizational needs.
2. Responsibilities
● Support recruitment activities by helping maintain an organized process and ensuring candidates have a smooth experience.
● Contribute to employee experience initiatives such as engagement programs, internal events, and culture-building activities.
● Assist in developing and improving internal communication practices to enhance clarity, transparency, and employee alignment.
● Participate in HR excellence projects, including development programs, competency frameworks, and career pathway initiatives.
● Maintain and update HR documentation, internal platforms, and knowledge bases.
● Assist with onboarding-related tasks and help strengthen the employee lifecycle.
● Provide general support in HR operations, cross-functional initiatives, research, and process improvements.
3. Requirements
● Recent graduate or early-career talent with strong motivation to grow in HR.
● Management-related fields preferred, but any major is acceptable with genuine interest in HR.
● Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
● Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
