The Business Development Specialist will assist in managing relationships with partner banks, ensuring their needs are met within the organization. The role involves supporting internal teams, tracking deliverables, and handling documentation and contracts to maintain smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with partner banks as key clients in the electronic payment sector.
- Identification and Follow-up: Identify partner banks' needs and follow up on requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Meeting Participation: Attend meetings with banks and internal teams, take notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Reporting and Documentation: Assist in preparing reports and documentation required by partner banks under the manager's guidance.
- Tracking Deliverables: Track the status of deliverables and statements to partner banks, ensuring all commitments are met.
- Contract Management: Support the management of contracts between the organization and partner banks.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, or business development, ideally in payments or banking.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the electronic payment industry and payment systems is a plus.
- Experience with Financial Institutions: Experience working with financial institutions or clients in a support role is desirable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional Qualifications: Additional training or certifications in customer service or CRM is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, basic reporting software (e.g., Excel).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to organize data and prepare client-facing materials.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
