We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI team.
You’ll work on everything from machine learning and NLP to LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI, helping us build intelligent systems that make operations smoother, faster, and more efficient.

What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy machine learning and LLM/RAG-based models that drive smart, scalable products.
- Develop NLP and agentic AI solutions to automate workflows, optimize routes, and enhance decision-making.

- Continuously test, refine, and improve model performance.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to bring data-driven ideas to life.
What You Bring

- Hands-on experience with LLMs or RAG systems (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Solid understanding of optimization, statistical modeling, and data engineering principles.
- Familiarity with agent-based AI architectures and how they integrate into real products.
