- فعالانه در انتخاب فناوری‌های مناسب شرکت کنید و بر این اساس قراردادها را با تامین‌کنندگان مذاکره/مدیریت کنید.
- تنظیم واحد برنامه‌های تجاری شرکای ما برای بخش‌های مختلف، سیستم‌های دفاتر و دپارتمان‌های مختلف آن. نیازمندی‌های بهبود و اجرای روان این پیشرفت‌ها و سیستم‌ها/برنامه‌های جدید.
-از تعامل با نهادهای حسابرسی مطابق با چرخه حسابرسی یا موارد حسابرسی مطرح شده پشتیبانی می‌کند.
-تحلیل همه خدمات فین‌تک و پروژه‌های مرتبط، از جمله پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های جدید و بهبود سیستم‌های موجود، همزمان با مدیریت عملیات، و اطمینان از همسویی آنها با سیستم‌های پرداختی جدید و یکپارچه‌سازی سازمان‌ها. به گسترش تجارت و فروش شرکت کمک کنید.
-اجرای سیاست ها، فرآیندها و رویه ها برای اطمینان از کارکرد سیستم های فین تک همانطور که تعریف شده است.
-از شرکای برون سپاری در وظایف اداری و عملیاتی برای سیستم ها، تطابق سیستم، بررسی یکپارچگی سیستم، نگهداری امنیت سیستم، و غیره پشتیبانی کنید.
-از همه روش های تجاری یا پروژه های جدید، از هر گونه خدمات یا عملکرد پیچیده طراحی جدید تا فرآیندهای پیچیده، آگاهی کامل داشته باشید. جنبه عملیاتی، و ارائه راه حل صحیح برای درخواست های عملیاتی کسب و کار.
-اطمینان حاصل شود که شرکای برون سپاری همه محصولات، تعرفه ها و سایر پیشرفت ها و تغییرات را در تولید مطابق با الزامات تجاری و فرآیندهای مدیریت تغییر قرار می دهند.
- هماهنگی و پاسخگویی به درخواست های روزانه؛ پیگیری حادثه تا رفع کامل مشکل یا بسته شدن حادثه در صورت بروز موارد نادرست، درخواست‌های تجاری/سایر تیم‌های آن،
- هماهنگی و نظارت بر شرکای برون‌سپاری بر روی وظایف روزانه‌شان، پیگیری/نظارت بر اقدامات تعیین‌شده یا تغییرات عملیاتی آن‌ها برای اطمینان از ارائه آن بر اساس توافق‌نامه خدمات داخلی و بیش از حد توافق شده توسط مشتریان. (واحدهای تجاری) و تامین کنندگان/فروشندگان برای اطمینان از حل و فصل به موقع مشکلات و مسائل.

-شناسایی همه دروازه های api و خدمات استراحت/صابون، برای اطمینان از یکپارچگی یکپارچه با شرکای فین تک، آخرین فن آوری، فن آوری روزآمد، در مورد فن آوری به روز رسانی.

*شرایط مورد نیاز:
-لیسانس فناوری اطلاعات یا زمینه های مرتبط
- حداقل 3 سال تجربه در زمینه تخصصی، با تجربه در سرپرستی/مدیریت متوسط تا کار در یک سازمان بزرگ

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams,both internal and external, in MTNIrancell ITS departments to ensure all service levels and related PPPs conform to defined agreements and internationally recognized benchmarks.
-Actively participate in selecting suitable technologies and negotiate/manage contracts with suppliers accordingly.
-Laise with different ITS departments, especially the program office, business units, and outsourcing partners for systems enhancements requirements and the smooth implementation of these enhancements and new systems/applications.
-Support interaction with audit bodies as per the audit cycle or raised audit items.
-Analyze all FinTech services and related projects, including new systems implementations and existing systems’ enhancements, simultaneously with operations management, and ensure they are aligned with operations expectations.
-Oersee and organize new system integrations with payment platforms to help expand the company’s business and sales.
-Implement policies, processes, and procedures to ensure FinTech systems work as defined.
-Support the outsourcing partners in administrative and operational tasks for systems, system reconciliations, system integrity checks, system security maintenance, etc.
-To be fully aware of all services/functions business flow, to prevent any wrong procedure or system complexity in new project designation from the operational side, and to provide a correct solution for business operational requests.
-Ensure that outsourcing partners put all products, tariffs, and other enhancements and changes into production in line with business requirements and change management processes.
-Coordinate and take over daily queries; incident follow-up till the complete issue rectification or incident closure in case of incorrectly raised ones, business/other ITS team's requests,
-Coordinate and monitor outsourcing partners on their daily tasks, keep track of/supervise their assigned actions or operational changes to ensure it will be delivered as per the agreed time.
-Prepare and oversee Service Level Agreements with internal customers (business units) and suppliers/vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems and issues.
-Influence the outsourcing partners to deliver the services and deploy the resources as per MTN Irancell’s business needs.
-Identify all API gateways and REST/SOAP services, to ensure seamless integration with FinTech partners.
-Stay updated about the latest knowledge, trends, and technology in the FinTech area.
-Stay updated about financial regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, PSD2) and ensure operational compliance.

*Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields
-At least 3 years of experience in the area of specialization, with experience in supervising/managing others
-Experience working in a medium to large organization
