و دارای تسلط کامل بر انواع فرآیندهای مختلف منابع انسانی اعم از:
طراحی و تدوین برنامه‌های انگیزشی برای کارکنان
تسلط بر مدیریت و کنترل فرآیندهای جذب و استخدام
تسلط بر راهکارهای بازخورد و سنجش انگیزش کارکنان
تسلط بر فرآیند توسعه، آموزش و ارزیابی عملکرد نیروی انسانی
تسلط بر امور مربوط به بیمه، حقوق و دستمزد و اتوماسیون اداری
بازنگری و اصلاح دستورالعمل‌ها و قوانین مورد نیاز سازمان
تسلط بر قوانین و مقررات اداره کار، بیمه، مالیات و قراردادهای پرسنلی
تسلط کامل بر نرم‌افزارهای راهکاران (ماژول منابع انسانی) و حضور و غیاب pw kara
تسلط کامل بر Microsoft Office
داشتن حداقل 10 سال سابقه مرتبط در حوزه تولیدی - صنعتی الزامی است.

شنبه تا سه شنبه 7:30 الی 17:00 و چهارشنبه‌ها 7:30 الی 16:00

and fully mastered all types of human resource processes including:
Designing and compiling motivational programs for employees
Mastering the management and control of recruitment and hiring processes
Mastering feedback solutions and measuring employee motivation
Mastering the process of developing, training and evaluating the performance of human resources
Mastering matters related to insurance, salaries and wages, and administrative automation
Reviewing and amending the instructions and laws required by the organization
Mastering the rules and regulations of the labor administration, insurance, taxes, and contracts Personnel
Complete mastery of solutions software (human resources module) and pw kara attendance
Complete mastery of Microsoft Office
Having at least 10 years of related experience in the production-industrial field is required.
