Responsibilities
Lead proactive sourcing and headhunting for senior and specialized roles (especially in Engineering, Product, Data, and Design)
Build target lists, talent maps, and outreach strategies for niche or senior-level positions
Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, communities, GitHub, events, and direct outreach
Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand priorities and talent gaps
Maintain strong pipelines and ensure continuous visibility into candidate markets
Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels
Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates based on competencies and cultural fit
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer
Support early-career talent pipelines, including involvement in internship or bootcamp programs
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on sourcing & headhunting
Solid experience hiring senior-level or hard-to-fill roles
Deep understanding of Tech & Product talent markets and familiarity with relevant communities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS systems and reporting tools
Knowledge of hiring workflows, technical role structures, and talent market trends
Nice to have: Experience in sourcing early-career talent and supporting internship or bootcamp programs
