Product Designer - خانم

We’re seeking a skilled Product Designer with a strong focus on user experience and intuitive design. You'll craft seamless digital products, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to enhance user interactions and drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:


User Research & UX Design

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to optimize user journeys.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Ensure accessibility and user-centered design principles.

UI & Visual Design

• Design high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain design systems for consistency.
• Collaborate with engineers to bring designs to life.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Align design with business goals through close teamwork with product managers and engineers.
• Iterate based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Present design decisions with clear rationale.

Requirements:

✔ Proven Product Design experience with a strong UX/UI portfolio.

✔ Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

✔ Strong background in UX research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

✔ Experience with user analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).

✔ Solid understanding of interaction design, usability, and accessibility.

✔ Strong collaboration and communication skills.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

➕ Experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce design.

➕ Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.

➕ Motion design or prototyping experience (e.g., Principle, After Effects, Framer).
