APM (Associate Product Manager)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Associate Product Manager (APM) to support our eCommerce product team in building and optimizing digital experiences that delight our customers and drive business growth. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about product management, eCommerce, and data-driven decision-making. The APM will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and BI, to bring products from ideation to launch and ensure they continuously meet customer needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining product strategy and roadmap by analyzing user needs, market trends, and business objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, develop, and launch new features and enhancements.

- Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.

- Gather and document requirements, create user stories, and ensure clear communication with engineering teams and product designers.

- Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

- Support the senior product manager in managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders for product initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in product management, eCommerce, or a related role (internships or project work applicable).

- Strong analytical skills with an ability to leverage data for decision-making.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Passion for eCommerce and user-centric product development.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Google Analytics, Clarity or other project management and analytics tools is a plus.
