Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Director to join our team.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily in-person sales operations and the physical delivery of gold to customers
• Ensure inventory accuracy and control of the gallery's stock
• Respond to customers and handle in-person inquiries and complaints
• Implement security protocols to ensure safe and secure delivery of gold
• Prepare periodic reports on sales and delivery performance
• Train and guide gallery staff to improve customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (in Management, Business, Accounting, or related fields)
• Work experience in sales, branch management, or retail operations (preferably in the gold, jewelry, or luxury goods sector)
• Ability to lead a team and solve problems in high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with retail software or inventory management systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• High level of accuracy and responsibility, especially when working with valuable items
