      Responsibilities:

      
      
      • Work closely with the delivery operations team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
      • Generate and extract data needed for decision making.
      • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources.
      • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
      • Design and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business and product decisions to improve performance and reduce costs.
      • Conduct deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations.
      • Combine knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis with programming skills to support complex analyses.
      • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings, and present to stakeholders when necessary.
      • Design and deploy some machine learning models and assessments for differentiation.
      
      

      Requirements:

      
      
      • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
      • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
      • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
      • Expert in working with visualization tools, Tableau/Power BI/Grafana.
      • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
      • Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools, especially Excel, SQL, and Python.
      • Understanding data science algorithms and knowing how to choose and deploy them.
      • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
      • Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts.
