شرح شغل:
شناسایی فرآیندهای موجود در سازمان
تحلیل نقاط قوت و ضعف فرآیندها و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهبود
طراحی فرآیندهای جدید یا اصلاح فرآیندهای موجود، مستندسازی آن‌ها
شناسایی و انتخاب نرم‌افزارها و سیستم‌های مناسب برای پشتیبانی از فرآیندها و اطمینان از یکپارچگی آن‌ها با سایر سیستم‌ها
پایش عملکرد سیستم‌ها و فرآیندها، اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPIs)
شناسایی فرصت‌های بهبود و ارائه پیشنهادات برای بهینه‌سازی مداوم فرآیندها و سیستم‌ها
مدیریت فرآیند تغییر در سازمان و کمک به کارکنان برای انطباق با روش‌ها و سیستم‌های جدید
تدوین استانداردها و رویه‌های کاری برای اطمینان از اجرای صحیح فرآیندها و سیستم‌ها
برقراری ارتباط با ذینفعان مختلف در سازمان و دریافت بازخورد برای بهبود فرآیندها
شرایط احراز:
تسلط کامل بر مفاهیم و متدولوژی‌های مدیریت فرآیندهای کسب و کار
توانایی بالا در تحلیل سیستم‌ها و فرآیندها، مدل‌سازی و شبیه‌سازی فرآیندها
آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای مدیریتی مانند ISO 9001 ،EFQM
تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی تحلیل فرآیند و BI
تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای مجموعه آفیس
دانش زبان انگلیسی در سطح خوب
تفکر سیستمی و توانایی حل مسئله پیچیده
مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی
توانایی رهبری، منتورینگ و توسعه تیم
مسئولیت‌پذیری، تعهد و اخلاق حرفه‌ای

Job description:
Identify the existing processes in the organization
Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the processes and provide suggestions for improvement
Design new processes or modify existing processes, document them
Identify and select appropriate software and systems to support the processes and ensure their integration with other systems
Monitor the performance of systems and processes, measure key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify improvement opportunities and provide suggestions for optimization Continuous creation of processes and systems
Managing the change process in the organization and helping employees to adapt to new methods and systems
Developing standards and work procedures to ensure the correct implementation of processes and systems
Establishing communication with various stakeholders in the organization and receiving feedback to improve processes
Certification conditions:
Complete mastery of business process management concepts and methodologies
High ability to analyze systems and processes, models Building and simulating processes
Complete familiarity with management standards such as ISO 9001, EFQM
Experience with specialized process analysis and BI software
Complete mastery of office suite software
Good English language knowledge
Systemic thinking and complex problem solving ability
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Leadership, mentoring and team development ability
