About Role:
The Snapp-Pay Merchant Training and Development Specialist plays a crucial role in accurately identifying the training requirements of merchants in the Commercial Department. Designs and implements training routines, develops training programs, creates relevant educational content, and conducts training sessions tailored to meet the needs of merchants.
The Snapp-Pay Merchant Training and Development Specialist plays a crucial role in accurately identifying the training requirements of merchants in the Commercial Department. Designs and implements training routines, develops training programs, creates relevant educational content, and conducts training sessions tailored to meet the needs of merchants.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify the specific training needs of merchants.
- Designing and developing effective training programs tailored to address identified needs. - Cooperation in Creating engaging and relevant educational content, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
- Conducting training sessions through various mediums, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Collecting feedback from merchants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to stay informed about platform and service updates and changes, ensuring up-to-date training materials.
- Accurate and direct cooperation with internal teams and external contractors to advance the training and development project of SnappPay’s Merchants.
- Manage the scheduling of freelance contributors.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to derive insights and make informed decisions.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including SEO, ECRM, CMS, Social Media, etc.
- R&D & Benchmarking for new channels & Methods & Best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality and attention to detail, with the ability to adhere to deadlines and quality standards.
- Strong writing and editing skills in Persian.
- Familiar with content/digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and payment systems.
