We’re seeking an experienced Executive PA to provide top-tier administrative support to our CEO. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage communications, organize schedules, and ensure the day-to-day operations are seamless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize and coordinate internal and external communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents as needed
- Attend key meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Act as a liaison between between internal/external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), project tools (Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficiency with office productivity tools
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in startups or with founders/C-level executives
- Familiarity with business operations, investor relations, or basic financial reports
- Project management skills or certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum, etc.)
