Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
High participation in the planning of required manpower needed in operations.
Ensure timely availability of required manpower through direct hiring, Flex hiring or contractor.
Training needs assessment and assisting learning and development performance in aligning training programs with business objectives. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
Pro-active participation in designing and optimizing the required reward and bonus model in related teams in order to improve job satisfaction and retention.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration or related field.
5+ years of proven experience working as an HRBP.
Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with business executives
Excellent leadership and management skills to handle the human resource business partner team.
