We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can turn complex mobility interactions into beautiful, intuitive, and functional digital experiences.
You’ll design the user journeys that move thousands of people every day.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Design user-centered mobile and web interfaces for both drivers and passengers.
- Create end-to-end user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to align on requirements and deliver cohesive experiences.
- Establish and maintain a design system and visual style guide for consistency across products.
- Analyze product data and feedback to continuously improve UX and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, mobility app design patterns, and usability principles.
- Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally for mobile-first or transportation / marketplace apps.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
- Experience collaborating with developers and product teams in agile environments.
- Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and advocate for the user.
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Flutter) is a plus.

- Experience designing ride-hailing, delivery, or mapping-based applications.
- Familiarity with geolocation UX, real-time tracking, and interactive map design.
- Knowledge of motion design / micro-interactions for smooth user experiences.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
