مدیر بازاریابی | Marketing Manager

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر تدوین و پیاده‌سازی برنامه جامع بازاریابی شرکت.
• مدیریت برند شرکت.
• نظارت بر شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدات فروش با لحاظ نمودن شرایط بومی مناطق مختلف کشور و برنامه‌ریزی برای استفاده از فرصت‌ها و مقابله با تهدیدات.
• تحلیل رفتارهای مشتریان و پایشCLV مشتریان حقیقی.
• طراحی بسته‌های ارزشی متناسب با ارزش آفرینی مشتریان.
• نظارت بر تدوین برنامه حفظ و توسعه روابط با مشتریان.
• مدیریت بهبود تجربه مشتری مبتنی بر تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها.
• شناسایی کانال‌های فروش جدید و اثربخش برای فروش محصولات شرکت.
• شفاف سازی سیاست‌ها و استراتژی‌های فروش برای شبکه فروش.
• شفاف نمودن مزیت‌های رقابتی محصولات و خدمات شرکت برای شبکه فروش.
• اثربخشی روش‌های بازاریابی و فروش به کار گرفته شده.
• برنامه‌ریزی برای استفاده حداکثری از پتانسیل‌های فروش هر استان.
• هماهنگی و پشتیبانی فنی و اجرایی از شبکه فروش در حوزه حضور در نمایشگاه‌ها و همایش‌های مرتبط.
• پیگیری و هماهنگی‌های لازم جهت برگزاری همایش‌های منطقه‌ای.
• بررسی فروش شرکت و روش‌های بازاریابی و فروش به کار گرفته شده در استان‌های مختلف و تحلیل آن.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل ده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد و بالاتر در در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت بازاریابی یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA
• توانایی تحلیل بازار، ارزیابی رقبا، شناخت ترندها و تغییرات بازار برای تعیین فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها.
• توانایی جمع‌آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های بازاریابی برای ارزیابی عملکرد کمپین‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی.
• مسلط به ابزارهای تحلیل و آنالیز.
• مسلط به اصول برندینگ و ارتقای ارزش برند.
• مسلط به تدوین استراتژی‌ها و برنامه‌های بازاریابی براساس ویژگی‌های بازار و اهداف سازمان.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی بلندمدت و برخورداری از دید کلان.
• توانایی مدیریت همکاری اثربخش با سایر واحدهای سازمان.
• توانایی ارائه ایده‌های خلاقانه برای کمپین‌های بازاریابی.
• توانایی شناسایی مسائل و ارائه راه‌حل‌های اثربخش.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• توانایی تفکر استراتژیک و تعیین هدف‌ها و استراتژی‌های مؤثر.
